Safety message. If you encounter deep water while driving, do not
attempt to drive through. Turn around, dont drown.

...Forecast flooding increased from Moderate to Major severity...
The Flood Warning continues for
 The Neuse River Near Goldsboro.* At  6:15 AM Saturday the stage was 23.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Major flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 24.1 feet by this
  evening then begin falling.
* Impact...At 23.0 feet, Strobe lights at the end of the runway at
  Seymour Johnson Air Force base are flooded.
