.DISCUSSION...Cold, dry high pressure will dominate the region
through the forecast period. Expect westerly winds at the surface
and in the mixed layer Friday, shifting southwesterly Saturday.
Minimum RH will be below 30 percent and no fog is expected.
Another cold front will approach the region Monday, increasing
moisture with rain likely across the area Monday night.
