.DISCUSSION...THE COASTAL LOW WILL BEGIN TO LIFT UP THE COAST
WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. TONIGHT... SURFACE WINDS WILL BE AROUND 10 MPH
AND POSSIBLY GUSTY AS THE LOW STRENGTHENS. RAIN IS FORECAST TO
OCCUR WEDNESDAY MORNING TAPERING OFF IN THE AFTERNOON. TRANSPORT
WINDS WILL BE WESTERLY RANGING FROM 15 TO 20 MPH.

SURFACE WINDS WILL BACK FROM NW ON WEDNESDAY TO W ON THURSDAY AS
DRY AIR RETURNS. MIN RH VALUES ARE EXPECTED TO STAY ABOVE 30
PERCENT ON THURSDAY. MIXING HEIGHTS WILL INCREASE FOR THURSDAY
RANGING FROM 3500 TO 4000 FT AGL.
