NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE KANSAS CITY/PLEASANT HILL MO
429 PM CDT MON SEP 1 2014

.DISCUSSION...

A NEAR ZERO WILDFIRE THREAT THROUGH TUESDAY DUE TO LIGHT WINDS...WET

THEREAFTER STRONGER WINDS AND WARMER TEMPERATURES WILL LEAD TO A
SLIGHT INCREASE IN THE FIRE DANGER.
