.DISCUSSION...
Highs will reach the mid 70s to lower 80s Tuesday with min RHs
dropping into the upper 20s in SE ND to near 40 percent along the
international border. South winds will be on the increase during
the day with gusts from 25mph in the valley to 15mph in the
trees. A front will push eastward from western North Dakota
during Tuesday afternoon and night, reaching the Red River Valley
by early Wednesday morning. Thunderstorms are expected to develop
ahead of the front, with isolated strong to severe storms possible
during the evening and overnight hours.
