.DISCUSSION...
Strong southwest winds will develop this afternoon and continue this
evening as a strong cold approaches Arizona. This front will cross the
state tonight and early Friday. Expect scattered rain
and snow showers and a few thunderstorms. Snow levels will fall to
4500 to 5500 feet behind the front late early Friday.

Saturday through Monday. Shower chances will linger over eastern Arizona
through Saturday, then improving conditions return for Sunday. Expect gusty
southwest winds again Monday.
