MIDNIGHT AS A COLD FRONT SWEEPS THROUGH THE AREA.  WINDS BEHIND THE FRONT
WILL SWING AROUND TO NORTHWESTERLY AND INCREASE THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING
HOURS.  BLUSTERY WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH FRIDAY IN EXCESS OF 20 MPH
SUSTAINED...AND GUSTS TO 30 MPH.
