.DISCUSSION...

The dead fuel moisture for 10 hour fuels has fallen below 10 percent
with drying early this week. However, rain chances will be
increasing through Thursday night into Friday and should allow all or
nearly all areas to get a wetting rain by Saturday as a cold front
moves southeast.
