Fire Weather Planning Forecast
National Weather Service Lake Charles LA
332 AM CDT Mon May 29 2017

.DISCUSSION...
Showers and thunderstorms will be possible again today and Tuesday
with a stalled front in the vicinity of the region. The front will
also result in winds being light and variable through Tuesday. Onshore
flow is forecast to return on Wednesday as the front lifts out of
the region. This will usher ample moisture into the region
resulting in a wet pattern for the second half of the week. Total
rainfall through this weekend is expected to range from two to
four inches on average with locally higher amounts.
