WIND WILL TURN TO THE SOUTHEAST AND THEN SOUTH TONIGHT AHEAD OF
A COLD FRONT WHICH WILL MOVE THROUGH THE AREA SUNDAY.  SCATTERED
SHOWERS WILL PRECEDE THE FRONT ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON.  RAINFALL IS
EXPECTED TO BE LIGHT...GENERALLY LESS THAN 0.10 INCH.  LIGHT
WEST-NORTHWEST WIND WILL PREVAIL SUNDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY AS
A WEAK HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM BUILDS ACROSS THE AREA.  WIND SHOULD
TURN BACK TO THE SOUTHWEST MONDAY NIGHT...THEN ANOTHER WEAK COLD FRONT
WILL MOVE THROUGH THE AREA TUESDAY WHICH WILL SHIFT THE WIND BACK TO
