PRECIPITATION WILL RETURN TO THE AREA LATER TONIGHT AND TUESDAY.  MUCH OF
THE PRECIPITATION WILL BE RAIN ALTHOUGH SOME FREEZING RAIN CAN BE EXPECTED
TONIGHT. THE RAIN WILL CHANGE TO SNOW LATE TUESDAY NIGHT AND PERSIST THROUGH
WEDNESDAY BEFORE TAPERING OFF LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT. THE HIGHEST SNOWFALL
AMOUNTS WILL BE OVER SOUTHEAST MISSOURI AND SOUTHERN ILLINOIS.
