.DISCUSSION...A dry cold front that pushed south from British
Columbia early this morning has produced gusty winds in its wake.
Winds will diminish overnight. It will be cooler with higher RHs
today. Another system moving south will have enough moisture and
instability to bring scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms
Thursday afternoon and evening...mainly along the Washington
Cascades and the eastern mountain zones. Despite a few lingering
showers and/or thunderstorms in Wallowa County on Friday...dry and
warm conditions are forecast Friday through Sunday.
