.DISCUSSION...

Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms will persist into this evening and
into the overnight hours as a cold front pushes into the area. Some strong to severe
storms will be possible late this afternoon and evening ahead of the front.

Winds will come around to a more westerly direction late tonight and early Thursday
as the front passes through. Quiet weather is then on tap later Thursday and Thursday
night.

Another chance for rain will come later Friday and Friday night, with smaller chances
for rain into early next week. Temperatures will be on the rise late this weekend into
early next week.
