.DISCUSSION...
After a night of excellent humidity recovery and calm winds, light
snow showers return near the burn site Tuesday. Accumulations are
anticipated to remain under 1in. Winds will remain light in the
afternoon, transitioning to upslope/upvalley around noon. With such
light magnitudes, winds will be largely governed by terrain
influence. Another day of unsettled weather is expected Wednesday as
the persistent upper level disturbance attempts to migrate east. This
will bring isolated to scattered showers throughout the day, with
clearing conditions expected in the evening. Winds will increase
slightly, especially in more exposed areas, and min RH will improve
into the 40 percent range. Ventilation will be poor Tuesday,
improving on Wednesday.
