The rain will start to spread in from the southwest this afternoon, with light
rain starting as soon as 1 to 2 pm. Expect more moderate, accumulating
rains by late afternoon and definitely tonight. Winds will hold from an
easterly direction, with a few knot bump in speeds later this afternoon.
