AREA WILL SEE SCATTERED TO BROKEN CLOUDS THROUGH THE EARLY AFTERNOON.
SURFACE WINDS WILL BE OUT OF THE SOUTH AROUND 5 MPH THROUGH THE
MORNING, THEN BECOMING MORE SOUTHEASTERN BETWEEN 5 AND 10 MPH BY
EARLY AFTERNOON. TRANSPORT WINDS WILL BE VERY SIMILAR TO WHAT THE
SURFACE WINDS ARE THROUGH THE DAY.  MINIMUM RH VALUES THIS AFTERNOON
DROPPING DOWN TO NEAR 35 PERCENT. MINIMAL CHANCE FOR ANY RAINFALL
TODAY, AND IN GENERAL EXPECTING A DRY FORECAST FOR THE BURN AREA.
