SERVICE.

.DISCUSSION...HIGH PRESSURE WILL DOMINATE THE PATTERN TODAY
WITH WARM AND DRY WEATHER EXPECTED. SUNNY SKIES THIS MORNING
WILL BECOME PARTLY CLOUDY THIS AFTERNOON.  AFTERNOON RH LEVELS
WILL DROP INTO THE UPPER 20S TO LOWER 30S PERCENT RANGE BY 4 PM
THIS AFTERNOON. TRANSPORT WINDS WILL BE SHIFTING FROM THE NORTHEAST
TO SOUTHEAST THROUGHOUT THE DAY. WIND SPEEDS INITIALLY AROUND 8
TO 12 MPH THIS MORNING AS THE INVERSION BREAKS...THEN DECREASING
TO 8 TO 10 MPH LATER THIS AFTERNOON. CLOUDS WILL INCREASE TONIGHT
AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING COLD FRONT. THERE COULD BE SOME LIGHT FOG
AND LOWER CLOUDS TOWARD MORNING. THE WEAK FRONT WILL MOVE OVER THE
AREA FRIDAY BRINGING A CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TO
THE AREA.

AT THIS TIME...DO NOT EXPECT THE RH VALUES TO FALL BELOW 30
PERCENT THIS AFTERNOON. ALTHOUGH IT WILL BE CLOSE BETWEEN
2 PM AND 4 PM. AS FOR THE WINDS...EXPECT NORTHEAST WIND DIRECTION
THIS MORNING...THEN SHIFTING TO THE EAST AND THEN SOUTHEAST DURING
THE AFTERNOON AS THE SURFACE HIGH MOVES OFFSHORE.  IT LOOKS LIKE
WINDS WILL BE PREDOMINATELY FROM THE SOUTHEAST BETWEEN 2 AND 4 PM.
THERE IS A CHANCE OF LOW CLOUDS OR FOG LATER TONIGHT AND TOWARD
EARLY FRIDAY MORNING. AT THIS TIME CONFIDENCE IS LOW ON HOW
WIDESPREAD IT MAY BE.
