HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD IN FROM NORTHERN MANITOBA TODAY...TO
HUDSON BAY ON THURSDAY. MEANWHILE...A PAIR OF UPPER LEVEL
DISTURBANCES WILL DROP OVER THE ARROWHEAD AND INTO NORTHWEST
WISCONSIN TODAY THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING. THESE FEATURES WILL
RESULT IN SOME CLOUD COVER TODAY...ESPECIALLY OVER THE ARROWHEAD.
THE CLOUDS WILL LINGER OVER THE ARROWHEAD AND INTO NORTHWEST
WISCONSIN THROUGH THURSDAY. THERE WILL BE SOME EROSION OF THE
CLOUDS OCCASIONALLY. EVEN WITH THE HIGH NEARBY...MINIMUM
HUMIDITIES TODAY AND THURSDAY WILL BE IN THE 45 TO 55 PERCENT
RANGE.
