SHOULD REMAIN OUT OF THE SOUTHEAST TODAY...HELPING TO LOWER
RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES AS THE DAY MOVES ON. THE BURN SITE COULD
SEE RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES FALL BELOW 20 PERCENT THIS AFTERNOON
ESPECIALLY IF ANY LENGTHY PERIOD OF SUNSHINE OCCURS.
