LIGHT WINDS. MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES ARE FORECAST TO BE AROUND
40 TO 45 PERCENT AT THE LYNNE BURN SITE TODAY. HOWEVER...THERE IS A CHANCE
THAT RELATIVE HUMIDITIES MAY DROP INTO THE 30S THIS AFTERNOON.

A COLD FRONT SYSTEM WILL GO THROUGH THE AREA LATE TONIGHT AND EARLY
FRIDAY MORNING. HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD INTO THE AREA FRIDAY AFTERNOON
WITH WINDS BECOMING NORTHWEST AND GUSTING BETWEEN 15 AND 20 MPH. MINIMUM
