.DISCUSSION...Low clouds will gradually lift by early to mid
afternoon as high pressure builds into the Ohio Valley. North to
northwest winds will generally remain below 5 mph through the day,
before another cold front approaches from the northwest on Friday. Winds
will turn gusty out of the west during the afternoon. Dry
weather will persist through the first half of the weekend,
before precipitation threatens on Sunday. Temperatures will
average below normal through Friday, before trending milder
into the weekend.
