WINDS AND MOSTLY DRY CONDITIONS THROUGH SATURDAY. DESPITE WARM
DAYTIME TEMPERATURES AND SEASONABLY LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES,
DISPERSION VALUES WILL ONLY BE POOR TO FAIR OVER INTERIOR AREAS,
WITH FAIR TO GENERALLY GOOD DISPERSION NEAR THE COASTS IN
ASSOCIATION WITH THE MIDDAY AND AFTERNOON SEA BREEZES. NIGHTTIME
DISPERSION WILL BE POOR TO FAIR AREA-WIDE.

PATCHY, SHALLOW FOG DEVELOPMENT IS EXPECTED OVER THE INTERIOR
TONIGHT AND FRIDAY NIGHT, WITH CONDITIONS SLIGHTLY MORE CONDUCIVE
FOR FOG FRIDAY NIGHT.
