.DISCUSSION...A WEAK DISTURBANCE WILL TRAVEL ALONG AND OVER TOP OF
THE RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE CURRENTLY OVER THE NORTHERN ROCKIES. THERE
WILL BE ENOUGH INSTABILITY IN THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS TO PRESENT
THE CHANCE FOR SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS DURING THIS TIME. GENERAL FLOW WILL
PROMOTE LIGHT WINDS (MOSTLY DIURNALLY/TERRAIN DRIVEN), BUT WINDS COULD
BECOME ERRATIC AT TIMES IF A THUNDERSTORM IS DIRECTLY OVERHEAD OF THE BURN.
