for a slight increase in humidity levels but generally dry
conditions.  Light terrain driven winds this morning will increase
from the west and become gusty after 1400 pdt. Breezy winds will
continue through the evening hours.  Tuesday will be cooler but
accompanied by low humidity and steady northwest winds.
