BRING WINDY AND WET CONDITIONS TO WESTERN WASHINGTON LATER
TONIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY EVENING. 1 TO LOCALLY 2 INCHES OF RAIN IS
LIKELY...EXCEEDING WETTING RAIN THRESHOLD. IN ADDITION...GIVEN
THE PROLONGED DRY CONDITIONS THIS SUMMER...STRESSED TREES MAY SHED
MORE FALLEN LIMBS THAN USUAL IN THE WINDY CONDITIONS SATURDAY - A
SAFETY ISSUE. THIS COOLER WETTER WEATHER PATTERN IS FORECAST TO
