MOISTURE AT ALL LEVELS OF THE ATMOSPHERE THIS AFTERNOON AND
EVENING WILL KEEP TEMPERATURES COOL AND CONDITIONS MOIST. ZONAL
FLOW OVER THE AREA TOMORROW WILL BEGIN THE DRYING AND WARMING
