CALIFORNIA LIFTS NORTHEAST. AREAS OF LOW CLOUDS BELOW ABOUT 3000
FT ELEVATION WILL CLEAR BY 1000. FOG MAY REDUCE VISIBILITY TO 2
MILES OR LESS BETWEEN 2200 AND 3200 FT ELEVATION THROUGH 900.
WINDS WILL BE TERRAIN DRIVEN THIS MORNING...BECOMING WEST-
SOUTHWEST AND GUSTY BY 1400 AS THE SEA BREEZE PUSHES INTO
SILVERADO CANYON. WINDS WILL WEAKEN BY 2000 THIS EVENING. GOOD
HUMIDITY RECOVERY TONIGHT WITH LOW CLOUDS AND FOG BELOW 2500
FT....AND MODERATE HUMIDITY RECOVERY ON THE RIDGES.
