.DISCUSSION...
A Pacific front will move across the dam location and the Feather Basin
on Friday. Periods of moderate to heavy rain are expected during the day
before tapering off Friday evening. Lingering showers are possible into
Saturday morning. Another Pacific front is forecast to bring another
round of precipitation to the area by Sunday afternoon.

As the front approaches, southeast winds will increase and become gusty.
Winds will decrease after frontal passage Friday evening with a slight
shift to southerly on Saturday.

Snow levels 4000-5000 feet will retard runoff until the snow melts at
lower elevations Saturday and Sunday.
