For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge of high pressure, 30.00 inches, will
continue to settle south of the area as the next clipper system
develops to the northwest. This clipper low of 29.80 inches will
organize north of Lake Huron tonight into Friday and then will
deepen as it tracks towards upstate New York by Friday night. In its
wake, another ridge of high pressure will build east into the region.

.FRIDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots. Snow showers. Waves
1 to 3 feet.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots decreasing to
10 to 15 knots after midnight. A chance of snow showers. Waves
3 to 5 feet.
.SATURDAY...North winds 10 to 15 knots becoming northeast 5 to
10 knots in the late morning and afternoon. A chance of snow
showers until late afternoon. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 1 to
3 feet in the late morning and afternoon.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...East winds 5 to 10 knots increasing to 10 to
15 knots after midnight. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SUNDAY...East winds 10 to 15 knots becoming southeast 5 to
10 knots late in the morning...then veering to the south late in
the evening. A chance of snow showers. A chance of showers late
in the afternoon. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.MONDAY...West winds 5 to 10 knots becoming southwest 10 to
15 knots in the late evening and early morning. A chance of
showers early in the evening. A chance of snow showers until
early morning. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.TUESDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots becoming west 15 to
20 knots with gusts to 30 knots in the late morning and early
afternoon...then increasing to 20 to 25 knots with gusts to
30 knots until early morning. A chance of snow showers until
afternoon. A chance of showers early in the afternoon...then a
chance of snow showers until early morning. Waves 2 to 4 feet
building to 5 to 7 feet. Waves occasionally around 10 feet.

.FRIDAY NIGHT...West winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts to 30 knots
