IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.3 INCHES WILL GRADUALLY MOVE
EAST TO NEW ENGLAND TONIGHT. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES WILL
MOVE ACROSS THE UPPER MIDWEST MONDAY AND INTO ONTARIO TUESDAY...
AS A SECOND LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.7 INCHES MOVES NORTHEAST
ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY TUESDAY INTO TUESDAY NIGHT. THE LOW
PRESSURE CENTER ACROSS ONTARIO WILL SLOWLY CONTINUE EAST THROUGH
EASTERN CANADA AND ULTIMATELY MERGE WITH DEEP LOW PRESSURE OFF
THE CANADIAN MARITIMES LATE IN THE WEEK. MEANWHILE...STRONG HIGH
PRESSURE OF 30.7 INCHES WILL MOVE INTO THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL
PLAINS THURSDAY THROUGH FRIDAY WHILE SLOWLY WEAKENING.
