A COMPLEX STORM SYSTEM WILL TRACK FROM THE LOWER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY
SUNDAY TO JUST OFF THE MID ATLANTIC COAST BY TUESDAY AFTERNOON.
THIS STORM WILL BRING THE POTENTIAL FOR HEAVY RAIN TO SOUTHERN PA.
AS THE STORM MOVES ACROSS THE CENTRAL APPALACHIANS AND INTENSIFIES
MONDAY, RAIN COULD MIX WITH OR CHANGE TO SNOW OVER THE HIGHER
ELEVATIONS FROM THE LAURELS UP THROUGH THE NORTHERN MOUNTAINS.
