This hazardous weather outlook is for northwest...north central and
west central Missouri...as well as extreme eastern Kansas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

 Windy, dry conditions will combine today to create a high fire
 danger this afternoon. Outdoor burning is discouraged.
 A wind advisory has also been issued for areas along and west of
 Highway 65, including the KC Metro, for winds between 25 and 30 mph
 with gusts up to 50 mph. Areas east of the wind advisory are
 expected to see winds between 20 and 30 mph with gusts up to 35
 mph.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

 Showers with isolated thunderstorms return late Sunday through
 Monday. No hazardous weather is expected at this time.
 Monday night into Tuesday morning, precipitation looks to
 transition over into a wintry mix, with some accumulations
 possible.
