THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL KANSAS,
SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS AND SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

THUNDERSTORMS...SOME WITH LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL...CAN BE
EXPECTED ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA TODAY AND TONIGHT. A FEW STRONG
STORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH NICKEL SIZE HAIL AND WINDS TO 50 MPH.
THE GREATEST RISK FOR RENEWED FLOODING WILL BE ACROSS SOUTH
CENTRAL KANSAS.

A COUPLE OF RIVERS REMAIN IN FLOOD ACROSS CENTRAL AND SOUTH
CENTRAL KANSAS. SEE THE LATEST FLOOD WARNINGS FOR MORE DETAILS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

CHANCES FOR THUNDERSTORMS WILL LINGER ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL
AND SOUTHEAST KANSAS ON WEDNESDAY...THOUGH STRONG OR SEVERE
STORMS ARE NOT ANTICIPATED. HOWEVER ANY LINGERING RAINFALL
COULD AGGRAVATE ANY ONGOING FLOODING THAT DEVELOPS.

THE COW CREEK AT HUTCHINSON IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN IN FLOOD
MUCH OF THE WEEK. CHECK THE LATEST FLOOD STATEMENT FOR DETAILS.

THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS FRIDAY INTO SATURDAY
ACROSS PART OF CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST KANSAS. SEVERE WEATHER IS
NOT ANTICIPATED.
