RAINFALL AND BRIEF GUSTY WINDS TODAY ACROSS MUCH OF PUERTO RICO.
INTENSE THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE FREQUENT LIGHTNING IN SOME
AREAS.

.FLOODING...HEAVY RAINS WILL CAUSE RIVER RISES AND URBAN AND
SMALL STREAM FLOODING WITH LOCAL FLASH FLOODING POSSIBLE IN
ISOLATED SPOTS.

.WAVES...MODERATE CHOP STILL EXPECTED ACROSS THE OFFSHORE ATLANTIC
WATERS AS SEAS AROUND 5 FEET ARE LIKELY.

.RIP CURRENTS...THERE IS A MODERATE RISK OF RIP CURRENTS ALONG
THE NORTHERN ATLANTIC COASTS OF PUERTO RICO.
