            SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF ATKINSON TO 3 MILES SOUTH OF ATKINSON.
            BEGAN AT 959 AM AND ENDED AT 1004 AM CDT. MAINLY DAMAGE
            TO TREES AND FARM OUTBUILDINGS. DELAYED REPORT.

            RAINFALL TOTAL IN UNDER 4 HRS. PONDS OF WATER ARE
            STANDING IN FIELDS. PLUM RIVER ALONG BLUE MOUNTAIN ROAD
            IS RISING. A MODERATELY LARGE TREE AND QUITE A LOT OF
            DEAD LOGS AND TREE DEBRIS ARE WASHING DOWN THE RIVER. THE
            TREE LODGED AGAINST THE SPUR ROAD BRIDGE SO DEBRIS IS
            PILING UP THERE.
