  COASTAL WATERS EAST OF IPSWICH BAY AND THE STELLWAGEN BANK
  NATIONAL MARINE SANCTUARY...
  MASSACHUSETTS BAY AND IPSWICH BAY...

AT 846 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED 15 MILES SOUTHEAST OF CAPE ANN...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20
KNOTS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
THE COASTAL WATERS EAST OF CAPE ANN AND THE COASTAL WATERS EAST OF
BOSTON HARBOR.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXPECT WIND GUSTS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...BRIEFLY ROUGH SEAS...AND
LIGHTNING STRIKES. CONSIDER HEADING FOR SAFE HARBOR OR REMAINING
BELOW DECK UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.
