NORTHWEST OF ERIE...MOVING EAST AT 40 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM
SHOULD STAY MAINLY IN THE OPEN WATERS.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
