AT 249 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM...CAPABLE
OF PRODUCING WINDS TO UP 30 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 23
NM WEST OF LAKEPORT...MOVING EAST AT 25 KNOTS.

THE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
  LAKEPORT AROUND 345 PM EDT.
  PORT HURON AROUND 355 PM EDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
