...GUSTY WINDS AND BREIFLY HIGHER SEAS THROUGH 11 PM CDT...

WINDS HAVE INCREASED TO AROUND 20 KNOTS WITH GUSTS TO 30 KNOTS
FROM THE SOUTH. AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE HAS FORMED AS
THUNDERSTORMS DECREASE OFF THE COAST. THESE GUSTY WINDS MAY
CONTINUE UNTIL THE PRESSURE GRADIENT RELAXES WITH THE PASSING OF
THE LOW PRESSURE. THIS INCREASE IN WINDS SHOULD BE RELATIVELY
BRIEF BUT COULD MAKE FOR ROUGH CONDITIONS FOR MARINERS.
