WASHINGTON DC...

The areas affected include...
  Tidal Potomac from Indian Head to Cobb Island MD...
  Tidal Potomac from Key Bridge to Indian Head MD...

At 515 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated showers, producing winds 25
to 30 knots. These showers were located along a line extending from
southern Montgomery County MD to Manassas VA, moving southeast at 30
knots, and should be near the tidal Potomac River around Washington
DC between 545 PM and 615 PM.
