THUNDERSTORMS...PRODUCING STRONG WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS... FROM 13 NM
NORTHEAST OF THE MOUTH OF THE NEUSE RIVER TO 7 NM NORTHWEST OF THE
MOUTH OF THE NEUSE RIVER...OR FROM 5 NM SOUTHEAST OF THE MOUTH OF THE
PAMLICO RIVER TO 5 NM SOUTHWEST OF HOBUCKEN...MOVING EAST AT 15 KT.

THE STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
  THE MOUTH OF THE NEUSE RIVER AT 740 PM.
  THE VICINITY OF CEDAR ISLAND AT 815 PM.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS OF 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER WAVES...
AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY OR
