  FLAGLER BEACH TO VOLUSIA-BREVARD COUNTY LINE 0-20 NM...
  VOLUSIA-BREVARD COUNTY LINE TO SEBASTIAN INLET 0-20 NM...

AT 129 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM... CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING WINDS TO 33 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED NEAR NEW
SMYRNA BEACH...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 KNOTS.  ADDITIONAL STORMS WILL
MOVE TOWARD THE INTRACOASTAL AND NEAR SHORE WATERS FROM DAYTONA
BEACH TO CAPE CANAVERAL THROUGH 3 PM EDT.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
HARBOR OAKS...WILBUR BY THE SEA...ALLANDALE...PONCE INLET AND NEW
SMYRNA BEACH AIRPORT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...LIGHTNING STRIKES...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK
