DESTIN...OR 3 MILES NORTHWEST OF WEST CHOCTAWHATCHEE BAY...AND MOVING
SOUTHEAST AT 5 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE WATERS NEAR...
  WEST CHOCTAWHATCHEE BAY...MID BAY BRIDGE...

THE PRIMARY THREATS FROM THIS STORM ARE WIND GUSTS UP TO 30 KNOTS...
LOCALLY HIGHER WAVES...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. BOATERS SHOULD CONSIDER
SEEKING SAFE HARBOR UNTIL THIS STORM HAS PASSED.
