AS A TROPICAL WAVE CONTINUES TO MOVE ACROSS THE FORECAST AREA
...THUNDERSTORMS WITH FREQUENT LIGHTNING...TORRENTIAL RAINFALL
AND GUSTY WINDS AROUND 30 TO 35 KNOTS ARE EXPECTED TO PREVAIL
ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS. ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS WILL REMAIN
FAVORABLE FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 35 KNOTS...LOCALLY
HIGHER WAVES...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD
SEEK SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.

INTENSE LIGHTNING MAY BE OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS. IF CAUGHT ON
OPEN WATER...STAY BELOW DECK IF POSSIBLE...KEEP AWAY FROM UNGROUNDED
METAL OBJECTS.
