MORNING...

ATMOSPHERIC CONDITIONS WILL REMAIN FAVORABLE FOR SHOWER AND
THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT ACROSS THESE WATERS DURING THE EARLY
MORNING HOURS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING HEAVY
RAINFALL...LOCALLY HIGHER WINDS AND SEAS AS WELL AS REDUCED
VISIBILITY. FREQUENT CLOUD TO WATER LIGHTNING IS EXPECTED. SUDDEN
WATERSPOUTS ARE ALSO POSSIBLE.
