  COASTAL WATERS FROM APALACHICOLA TO DESTIN FL OUT 20 NM...

AT 1243 PM EDT/1143 AM CDT/...REPORTS OF A WATERSPOUT NEAR ST. MARKS
WERE RECEIVED. THIS STORM HAS SINCE MOVED INLAND BUT ANY OF THE
SHOWERS NEAR SHORE COULD BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A WATERSPOUT.
STORMS WERE GENERALLY MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT POSSIBLE WATERSPOUTS...GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33
KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD
