.OCCASIONALLY STRONG AND GUSTY TRADE WINDS STILL AFFECTED
TYPICALLY WINDY AREAS AROUND THE BIG ISLAND AND MAUI COUNTY. WIND
SPEEDS LIKELY WILL INCREASE INTO THE WEEKEND. A MODERATELY LARGE
SWELL ARRIVING FROM THE NORTHWEST TODAY ALSO WILL BUILD LARGE
COMBINED SEAS.

  25 KNOTS WITH HIGHER GUSTS AND ROUGH SEAS OF 8 TO 12 FEET. THE
  LARGEST WAVES ARE EXPECTED TO BEGIN EARLY THIS EVENING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 25 TO 33 KNOTS
OR SEAS 10 FEET OR GREATER ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE CONDITIONS
HAZARDOUS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS...SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN
THESE CONDITIONS.
