* THUNDERSTORMS...STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE
  POSSIBLE SATURDAY MORNING THROUGH 3 AM SUNDAY. DURING THE
  DAYLIGHT HOURS ISOLATED STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS MAY
  FORM AND RACE QUICKLY NORTH WITH A THREAT OF WINDS IN EXCESS
  OF 30 KNOTS AND WATERSPOUTS. SATURDAY NIGHT SEVERE
  THUNDERSTORMS SHOULD MOVE FROM WEST TO EAST THROUGH THE UPPER
  TEXAS COASTAL WATERS BRINGING WINDS OF 35 TO 50 KNOTS.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 20 TO 33 KNOTS...
AND/OR SEAS 7 FEET OR HIGHER...ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS FOR SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED BOATERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
