...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FOR THE BAYS FROM 6 AM THURSDAY
THROUGH MIDNIGHT FRIDAY NIGHT...

.A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL CROSS THE COASTAL WATERS EARLY THURSDAY
MORNING. NORTH WINDS WILL INCREASE IN THE WAKE OF THE FRONT AND
QUICKLY STRENGTHEN BY MID MORNING. SUSTAINED NORTH WINDS WILL
INCREASE TO 25 TO 35 KNOTS WITH GUSTS OVER THE COASTAL WATERS
EXCEEDING 40 KNOTS AT TIMES. WINDS WILL BEGIN TO SLOWLY RELAX
EARLY FRIDAY MORNING.

A GALE WARNING MEANS WINDS OF 34 TO 47 KNOTS ARE IMMINENT OR
OCCURING. OPERATING A VESSEL IN GALE CONDITIONS REQUIRES
EXPERIENCE AND PROPERLY EQUIPPED VESSELS. IT IS HIGHLY
RECOMMENDED THAT MARINERS WITHOUT THE PROPER EXPERIENCE SEEK SAFE
HARBOR PRIOR TO THE ONSET OF GALE CONDITIONS.
