* WINDS...WEST 20 TO 25 KT WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 KT TODAY...VEERING
  AND DIMINISHING TO NW 15 TO 20 KT TONIGHT AND INTO THURSDAY.

* SEAS...3 TO 6 FEET...EXCEPT 4 TO 7 FT FOR THE WATERS FROM CAPE
  FEAR SOUTH TO LITTLE RIVER INLET. WIND DRIVEN WAVES AT 5 TO 6
  SECOND PERIODS WILL DOMINATE THE SEAS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 25 TO 33 KNOTS
AND OR SEAS OF 6 FT OR GREATER ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
