  KT FOR AREAS NORTH OF GOLD BEACH. WINDS WILL DIMINISH WEDNESDAY
  EVENING.

* SEAS...STEEP 10 TO 13 FEET SEAS DUE TO MIXED WEST SWELL AT 12
  SECONDS AND 17 SECONDS. SEAS WILL BECOME DOMINATED BY WEST SWELL
  AT 16 SECONDS THIS EVENING. TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY, EXPECT STEEP
