* WINDS: NORTHWEST 15 TO 25 KT WITH GUSTS TO 30 KT THIS
  MORNING...THEN EASING THIS AFTERNOON.

* AREAS AFFECTED: ALL AREAS WILL BE AFFECTED BY HIGH AND STEEP
  SWELL INTO THIS EVENING. WINDS WILL BE STRONGEST NEAR CAPE
  BLANCO AND BEYOND 5 NM FROM SHORE ELSEWHERE.
