SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING SOUTH OF CAPE BLANCO. NORTH OF THE
CAPE ADVISORY LEVEL WINDS AND VERY STEEP SEAS ARE EXPECTED SUNDAY
MORNING THROUGH MONDAY MORNING.

  KNOTS.

* SEAS...VERY STEEP FROM THE NORTH 10 TO 16 FEET AT A DOMINANT
  PERIOD OF 8 SECONDS OR LESS.

* AREAS AFFECTED...MOST AREAS BEYOND 3 NAUTICAL MILES OF THE
  COAST WILL BE AFFECTED BY WARNING LEVEL CONDITIONS DURING THIS
  TIME PERIOD. THE STRONGEST WINDS AND MOST HAZARDOUS SEAS ARE
  EXPECTED TO OCCUR IN THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS.

A GALE WATCH IS ISSUED WHEN THE RISK OF GALE FORCE WINDS OF 34 TO
47 KNOTS HAS SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASED, BUT THE SPECIFIC TIMING
AND/OR LOCATION IS STILL UNCERTAIN. IT IS INTENDED TO PROVIDE
ADDITIONAL LEAD TIME FOR MARINERS WHO MAY WISH TO CONSIDER
