.STRONGER WEST TO NORTHWEST FLOW DEVELOPED THIS AFTERNOON OVER THE
OUTER COASTAL WATERS NEAR SAN CLEMENTE ISLAND. THE WIND WILL
CONTINUE THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING WITH OCCASIONAL GUSTS AROUND
25 KNOTS. WINDS WILL GRADUALLY DIMINISH BY LATE EVENING.

  CLEMENTE ISLAND.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR WIND MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO
33 KNOTS ARE EXPECTED. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE
