...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 AM WEDNESDAY TO
2 AM PST FRIDAY...

* WINDS...NORTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE ON WEDNESDAY WITH GUSTS OF
  AROUND 30 KNOTS EXPECTED WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND NIGHT BEFORE
  GRADUALLY SUBSIDING ON THURSDAY.

* WAVES/SEAS...SEAS WILL BUILD TO 7 TO 12 FEET ON WEDNESDAY AS A
  SWELL FROM 280 DEGREES BUILDS INTO THE COASTAL WATERS. THE
  HIGHEST SEAS WILL BE OVER THE OFFSHORE WATERS OFF THE SOUTHERN
  SAN DIEGO COAST. SEAS WILL REMAIN ABOVE 7 FEET THROUGH FRIDAY
  MORNING BEFORE SUBSIDING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
