ONTARIO THROUGH EARLY THIS AFTERNOON. THE HEAVIER
SNOW SHOWERS COULD REDUCE THE VISIBILITY TO A HALF MILE, WITH
SNOWFALL RATES NEAR A HALF INCH PER HOUR. THE BAND WILL IMPACT
INTERSTATE 81 NORTH OF WHITNEY POINT TO NEAR TULLY. TRAVELERS SHOULD
BE ALERT TO RAPIDLY CHANGING ROAD CONDITIONS.
