The short term forecast for the western Southern Tier. Areas of
fog will continue early this morning across the river valleys of
the Southern Tier. Visibility will be reduced to less than a half
mile at times. The fog is expected to burn off by around 900 AM.

will be areas of fog across the area early this morning. The fog
will be most widespread in the Black River valley and along the
Saint lawrence River, where visibility will be a half mile or less
at times. The fog will dissipate by around 900 AM.
