TEXAS COASTAL WATERS. MODERATE TO OCCASIONALLY HEAVY RAINFALL CAN
BE EXPECTED ALONG WITH AN OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING STRIKE OR TWO. STORM
ACTIVITY IS EXPECTED TO INCREASE IN COVERAGE AND INTENSITY THROUGH
THE MORNING. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OVER LAND WILL AVERAGE UP TO ONE
QUARTER...WITH ISOLATED AMOUNTS REACHING ONE HALF TO ONE INCH.
