SURROUNDING NEAR THROUGH OFFSHORE. THIS ACTIVITY WILL PRODUCE WIND
GUSTS NEAR 35 MPH...BLINDING DOWNPOURS...AND AT TIMES...FREQUENT
CLOUD TO SURFACE LIGHTNING STRIKES. ELSEWHERE...ISOLATED TO WIDELY
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE FOUND OVER THE
OUTER FLORIDA STRAITS OF THE MIDDLE AND LOWER KEYS...AND ON THE
NEARSHORE WATERS SURROUNDING THE DRY TORTUGAS.
